VIMEO
We use Vimeo plugins of the video portal Vimeo of Vimeo, LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011, USA. The Vimeo player shows videos on our website. If you have agreed to the display of embedded third-party content, each time you access a page that offers one or more Vimeo video clips, a direct connection will be made between your browser and a Vimeo server in the United States. If you are logged into Vimeo as a member, Vimeo will assign this information to your personal user account. When using the plugin, e.g. clicking the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. This site uses web fonts and font icons by Fonticons Inc., for a consistent presentation of fonts. (2) Google Fonts
Ourwebsite uses Google Fonts of Google Inc. Google Fonts is used to display text and fonts provided by Google, in order of these fonts to be available for a variety of pages, Google makes them available on their servers when the page is accessed. When using Google Fonts, the user’s IP address is transmitted to the servers of Google, when the page is accessed and the information on the used fonts will be transmitted. Font-related information are also cached in the browser.

8. Newsletter
You can subscribe to our newsletter and receive our latest news. The subscription is, of course, optional.
For the subscription to our newsletter we use the double-opt-in method. This means that, after registration, we will send an e-mail to your e-mail address, asking you to confirm that you have actually subscribed to our newsletter. Should you not confirm your subscription, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we will store your IP addresses and the times of registration and confirmation. Due to this process, we will be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, detect any misuse of your personal data.
The only mandatory field for newsletter subscription is your e-mail address. You can give other information on an optional basis. Once you have confirmed your subscription, we will store your e-mail address to send you our newsletter. Legal basis is Art. 6, 1 lit. a GDPR.
We use the mail provider rapidmail to send you our newsletter. Your data will be transferred to rapidmail GmbH, Augustinerplatz 2, 79098 Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. Rapidmail is only allowed to process your data to send you our newsletter. A further use or transfer or a selling of these data, is strictly prohibited. Rapidmail is a certified German newsletter provider, which we chose carefully under the conditions of the GDPR and the German Bundesdatenschutzgesetz.
You can withdraw you consent for the storage of your data and the reception of our newsletter at any time. Therefor you can click e.g. the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletter.
9. Newsletter tracking
Our newsletter contains so called tracking pixels. These are miniature graphics, which are embedded in HTML formatted emails, to enable a log file recording and analysis. Therefor a statistic evaluation of a successful or unsuccessful online marketing campaign can be made. Through the tracking pixel we are able to see, if a person opened an email and if this person clicked a link inside of this email.
Personal data that are collected by tracking pixel in our newsletter emails, are only stored and analyzed by the responsible person, to optimize our newsletter marketing and to improve the content of future newsletters. These data are not transferred to third parties. You can withdraw your consent to this newsletter method you gave through the above mentioned double opt in method, at any time. After the withdrawal, your personal data will be deleted. If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, we evaluate this as an automatic withdrawal.
